TU56 DECTape
I have a couple of TU56 drives:
My TU56H (single drive). |
My TU56 (dual drive). |
The first of these is a single drive that I don't really have a controller for. I may try eventually to configure it as a second drive with my TC01 and TU55.
The second picture is of my dual drive, which I hope to use with my PDP-8/e and the M868 controller.
A long time back, I did a really cheesy fix for a problem with the motor run caps in this drive, which is described here. I did eventually acquire the correct replacement capacitor (thanks Dave!) and install it properly.
